About Sandemonium

Sandemonium’s mission is to cultivate an all-inclusive environment for the exploration and celebration of all fandoms and nerd communities including: anime, comics, sci-fi, fantasy, tabletop gaming, video games, esports, and cinema.

It all started in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho with a 2015 library event held to celebrate the 2015 Teen Summer Reading Program, and the response from the community for a gloriously nerdy event was far more than could have been expected.  Sandemonium has expanded from those roots to include cosplay, gaming, and much more to meet the needs of Sandpoint’s nerdy community.

Meet the team

Having been on the Sandemonium Board for the longest amount of time, Bronwyn has watched year after year as the exciting chaos that is Sandemonium comes to life. Bronwyn is the token anime/animation fan of the group, but also spends a lot of her time in the TTRPG world, and listening to fictional/sci fi podcasts. Oh, and dogs. She loves those things too.

Cassandra generally has her head stuck in the clouds of sci-fi, horror, fantasy, and tabletop games. Now, she’s moved beyond the game board and onto the Sandemonium board to help make this year’s convention an absolute win!

Dalton is the high school esports advisor and enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends and coworkers from the high school. When he isn’t playing online or on a table he can be found roaming around the great Pacific Northwest in the mountains or on the lake. Dalton has been on the board since August 2019.

As an adept technomancer, Ethan spends most of his time in cyberspace. Good luck finding him in corporeal form. 10 points to your Hogwarts House if you can spot him.
